Sweet Pea - 27 weeks

We are already almost to 7 months! Seriously, it is flying by!!! I feel like I have so much to do before you get here and not a lot of time. But it also seems so far away until we meet you!

Baby Changes:

You are about 2 pounds and about the size of a cauliflower. You are about 14 1/2 inches long with your legs extended. You are sleeping and waking at regular intervals, opening and closing your eyes, and perhaps even sucking your fingers. With more brain tissue developing, your  brain is very active now. Your lungs are still immature, but they would be capable of functioningy your were to be born now.

Movement: Feeling you lots and more often throughout the day instead of just mostly at night! Daddy loves feeling you and I love feeling you roll around!
Cravings: CHOCOLATE all the way lately!!! Anything Chocolate I am wanting!
Sleep: I have pulled out the maternity body pillow and it is helping! I am getting more uncomfortable sleeping but still able to sleep pretty well. I will take it while I can!
Symptoms: My hips and right leg are still bothering me quite a bit. I am making it and trying to be easy on my leg.

Daddy update: Daddy is still very busy with everything coming up! We still enjoy our family time though and he is such a good daddy with Brody. I just know he will be with you too! You will have him wrapped around your finger :)

News:
Mommy had to do her glucose test this week. I had to drink this really super sweet drink in 5 minutes then get my blood taken. They make sure my sugar is working right because that is very important for you!!! Everything looked good and we passed sweet pea! Good job! :) I have also felt you get hiccups more often lately. Not as much as your big brother, but some! Big brother has had some tummy problems the past few days but hopefully he wont start throwing up. I think he caught mommy and daddy's bug :(
We have decided on a name for you!!! We have not told anyone yet but we will soon! :)

Days until due date: 91 days - 13 weeks

I Love You Sweet Girl! Mommy
